What is Guaranteed?

When YOU become Realtor Rogee's client:

  1. YOU are offered, at minimum, Real Estate Rebates of 21% OFF agent's commission to BUY and/or SELL any real property anywhere in California with REALTOR ROGEE. All clients receive this offer.
  2. YOU are offered, at Maximum, Real Estate Rebates of 51% OFF agent's commission to BUY and/or SELL any real property anywhere in California with REALTOR ROGEE.
  3. During PRIME DAY, certain HOLIDAYS, or DAILY DEALS event, YOU are offered between 52% and 90% OFF agent's commission to BUY and/or SELL specified real properties in specified areas in California. The properties and areas are identified, in advance, by the agent.
  4. During DOLLAR-OFFERS events, YOU are offered between $10,000 and $1,000,000 OFF agent's commission to BUY and/or SELL specified real properties in specified areas in California. The properties and areas are identified, in advance, by the agent.
  5. YOU will received all Real Estate Rebates offers from the agent in writing, with a 48-hour accept or reject period. The rebates documents will accompany the initial Agency Agreement between you and the agent.

How You Save Money?

Here's an example calculation of how you SAVE MONEY when you BUY real property with REALTOR ROGEE and receive the Buyer's real estate rebates:

$500,000
AGENT'S COMMISSION 3.0% of $500K = $15,000
MINIMUM REBATES 21% of $15,000 = $3,150
MAXIMUM REBATES 51% of $15,000 = $7,650
ADJUSTED PRICE $500K - $3,150 = $496,850
$500K - $7,650 = $492,350
FINAL PROPERTY PRICE Between $496,850
and $492,350
You can use your ROGEE REBATES as closing or other costs that must be paid at escrow. The rebates lower the final property price, which in turn, can possibly lower your loan amount, if borrowing. Therefore, the lender must approve the rebates received from your agent, REALTOR ROGEE.

What's NOT Guaranteed?

We cannot guarantee what LENDERS will do. Real Estate Rebates (i.e. agent cash back, refund, or credit from agent to client) are subject to LENDER approval if borrowing is involved in the transaction.

How It Works

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you are borrowing funds from a lender to buy the property or borrowing funds to fix-up the property before selling it, then you must notify your lender of the full rebates offered by REALTOR ROGEE. Because the rebates lower the price of the property, and possibly the loan amount, you must notify your lender so they can accept or reject the rebates. We cannot guarantee offering you rebates if your lender rejects our rebates. Consider our rebates offers null and void if rejected by your lender. We can definitely continue to help you to BUY and/or SELL real property, but there will be no rebates involved if you lender rejects the rebates offered.
